一直没能讲明心情的小萤和悟郎终于同意离婚。这时，小萤奉命阻止以慈善活动为目标的炸弹恐怖袭击。但是，实际上这个恐怖炸弹袭击的情况伊贺忍者布下的圈套，为的引出杀害议员的甲贺忍者，因为在活动派对上甲贺支持的在野党未来党的党首会致辞。悟郎他们工作的邮局避长、伊贺忍者熊泽治命令悟郎等忍者作为邮局的志愿服务人员混进会场，抓住会阻止所谓恐怖分子的甲贺忍者。为了不误伤普通参与者，这场派对必须忍者带着家属参加。音无祐树知道悟郎要和小萤离婚，于是就劝悟郎以不交离婚申请书为理由说服小萤出席活动。另一方面，小萤和父亲月乃龙兵也考虑到这场派对可能是伊贺家布置的陷阱。于是，小萤请自称曾阻击过炸弹袭击的龙兵调查会制造炸弹的人物。这时，小萤与悟郎再会，悟郎诚惶诚恐地提起参加派对的事。正苦思潜入派对的方法的小萤表面上装得不情愿，实际上为有这样的好机会而开心。
