于超移交了“4·11”一案，由谭季平接手，这让陈子韬松了一口气。可是，负伤住院的杨青在谭季平前来探视之后，突然想起了一个细节：在沙河镇取证的那个下午，她遇见了谭季平，也顺嘴告诉了他今晚的行动计划。现在看来，只有这个谭季平具备透风的条件，杨青很难相信这是事实，但还是私下向于超作了报告。于超听完，豁然开朗了。很快，于超向老宋作了单独报告，然后根据杨青反映的情况，推断出沙河镇事件的前因后果——谭季平得知行动计划之后，很快向某个人透漏了消息，对方隐蔽在某个角落，偷拍了参加行动民警的照片。但是，对方的行刺目标却不知警察，而是线人陶小芳。杀手的目的就是要杀陶小芳灭口。
